At Sign Mark Bangladesh, all our products and services are custom-made according to client requirements. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.

Custom-Made Products

Since we provide custom signage solutions such as LED signs, acrylic boards, neon signs, stainless steel letters, and ACP cladding, all products are made based on approved design and client confirmation.

Therefore, once production starts, cancellations or refunds are generally not possible.

Order Confirmation Policy

• All orders require design approval before production
• Advance payment is required to confirm the order
• Once approved, production will begin immediately

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Order not started in production stage
• Technical error from our side
• Mutual agreement between client and company

Non-Refundable Conditions

• After production has started
• After design approval by client
• Custom-made signage products
• Delay due to external factors (transport, weather, etc.)

Replacement Policy

If a product is found defective due to manufacturing issues, we may provide repair or replacement based on evaluation by our technical team.
